Refund Policy

The services can be purchased in the user dashboard, which is accessible at the web address https://dashboard.theytlab.com.

    Order cancellation and account balance refunds

    For each service, the pricing, the estimated time required for the order to start and the order’s delivery speed, is described in the service’s description field. Therefore, prior to placing an order, the client can see the estimated delivery terms and pricing for each service.

    If an order is taking more than described to start, or if the client wants to cancel his order for any other reason, the client can ask for the order to be cancelled and the funds returned to his dashboard wallet, unless it is 

    Once a order is placed, if it is not completed yet, the client may also ask for the interruption of the service and a refund to the dashboard balance. Therefore, an order cancellation can be asked when

    • The order has not started yet.
    • The order has started, but for any reason, the client wants to stop the service.

    Balance refunds can either be full or partial, depending on the amount of service delivered upon cancellation request Therefore, balance refunds can be:

    • Total, if the order has not started yet.
    • Partial, if the order, when receiving a cancellation request, was already started. In this case, you will get a proportional refund to your account balance, which is equal to the percentage of the service which was yet to be delivered upon cancellation.

    How to ask for order cancellation

    To ask for an order which has not been fully delivered yet to be cancelled, simply open a ticket in your user area or report the order using the report button.

    Transaction refunds

    A client can also ask a refund from his dashboard balance to his card or any other payment method used. This applies to any outstanding balance, as long as the overall balance of the client is equal – or above – to 5$ or 15$, depending on the payment method used.

    In fact, depending on the payment method used, different refund terms apply.

    Refunds for credit card transactions

    You may ask for a refund to your credit card if your user balance is equal or above to 5$, and your deposit was done within the last 180 days. If conditions apply, we will refund your account funds back to the debit/credit card you used to deposit funds. Since a 2% bonus is applied to credit/debit card deposits, the same percentage (2%) will be deducted when refunding your pending balance. We will cover the transaction refund fee for you.

    Refunds for crypto transactions

    You may ask for a refund to your crypto wallet if your user balance is equal or above to 15$, and your deposit was done within the last 180 days. If conditions apply, we will refund your account funds back to the crypto wallet/address you used to deposit funds. Since a 5% bonus is applied to crypto deposits, the same percentage (5%) will be deducted when refunding your pending balance. We will not cover the transaction refund fee for you, which depends on the crypto wallet you used to pay.

    How to ask for a transaction refund 

    To ask for a transaction refund, the easiest way is to open a ticket in your user area ask for a refund of your remaining balance. If the minimum balance applies, we will refund the balance funds back to the payment method you used.
     
    Note: Also for security reasons, we do not provide balance refunds other than the payment method used to deposit funds.
    Non-applicable refund cases

    TheYTLab is not responsible for abuse of your account funds. Therefore, we can’t offer refunds for completed orders which you claim were not made by you, or due to your account being compromised. 

    Our website uses SSL and encrypted information. You are responsible for keeping your own account secure, such as your API key or login credentials. 

    Upon your reporting, we can only interrupt the orders as quickly as possible and provide partial refunds to your balance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure security of your account. We highly suggest you to never share credentials to other people and if you do, make sure to change your api key and password afterwards.

    Refund policy changes

    If any change to our refund policy occur, it will be promptly updated on this document and you will receive an email with our new policy terms. Eventually, refund policy changes apply only to deposits and orders placed after changes to our terms are rolled out.
